Blueberry white chocolate cookies are indulgent, buttery, chewy and sweet! Mix in some brown sugar and cinnamon and they’re unforgettable!
The blueberries balance everything with a little kick of tartness! I am seriously impressed that I got this SO RIGHT, everyone.
Not only can you make cookies with blueberries, but they are so good you’re gonna eat too many of them. You know you will.

I was a weird kid
I will be the first to admit that I naturally have the taste buds of a child. When Nathan and I got married, I basically only liked to eat PB&J sandwiches and candy. And since I was in college, candy was too expensive and I was too lazy to make sandwiches. So crackers and cheese it was!
Things like tomatoes, cucumbers, peas, green beans, and even blueberries were off the table. We have now been married for almost 14 years and we have six impressionable children. I have learned to eat things that are good for me because they’re good for my kids too.
But I would have never gone near anything with blueberries as a kid. Maybe if it had chocolate in it, but you know my plate would have had little sucked-on blueberry pieces left behind as I ran off to climb a tree.
I have learned to like sandwiches with tomato slices on them and green beans with my dinner. But there is still a small part of me that cringes when I bite into a cucumber slice or pop a couple of fresh blueberries into my mouth.
I said I have the taste buds of a child! -A child who once ate gum off the underside of the old ottoman in the den. That’s who I’m evolving from, here.
Blueberry White Chocolate is a match made in Heaven!
However my friends, these cookies transcend my childish eating behaviors. They are so delicious and magical that there is no hesitation here! I could eat these blueberry white chocolate cookies all day! In fact, I often do because this recipe makes quite a lot of cookies. It is heaven!
Luckily for me, I was saved from eating too many cookies tomorrow also. My sweet girls delivered them to the neighbors during the lockdowns.

Jessica’s Tips for Blueberry White Chocolate Cookies
- Make sure to get some white chocolate you like. Sometimes white chocolate can be really gross, but there are cheap and expensive brands that can be good. I used Ghirardelli because I know I like that kind.
- I use a 1 1/2 tablespoon cookie scoop to get evenly sized cookies.
- After you scoop the dough, roll it in your hands a little to smooth it out. This helps the surface bake a little more evenly and you don’t get sharp bits sticking out.
- You can scoop the extra dough, freeze it and use it for a gift! I personally love getting cookie dough for presents! And this is such a unique and delicious combination. It is sure to impress 🙂
