ground beef with cheese, lettuce, mayo, mustard, ketchup on an onion Hawaiian bread bun

This is one of the easiest ground beef recipes! It’s almost summer and everyone looks forward to hamburgers. My husband can grill things but I cannot. But we still want hamburgers! Should I break down and buy some fast food?

ground beef recipes for hamburgers

Maybe sometimes, if I’m being honest.

But not today!

Because there’s no point if you’ve got some ground beef somewhere in the house.

This week’s post is the easiest dinner recipe I’ve shared so far.

Beautiful! Quick and Easy Underskirt in Under an Hour!

Try this easy, cheater’s method of making an underskirt. This skirt extender is an easy sewing tutorial for beginners. Sewing your own underskirt allows you to choose your own lace and make it the length you want.

Modesty can be a real hot button issue.

The phrase “modest is the hottest” was thrown around a lot when I was a young thing. It must’ve been a pretty effective phrase because I was unreasonably shocked when a guy in college snapped, “No, it’s not.”

Well, after six kids and 14 years of marriage, I’ve come to realize that “hot” is for the bedroom. I’d rather shoot for “Beautiful”, “Lovely”, “Elegant”.

Or just “Not Awkward” on most regular days.

You don’t even have to make all the colors in the rainbow for this recipe. Unlike my Rainbow Jello Cookies, I created a recipe that you don’t have to make 140 cookies to get a rainbow dessert!

Don’t say I never did nothin’ for ya.

How to Make Really Fast and Filling Taco Meat

April 13, 2021 by goodenoughandstuff Leave a Comment

Taco Meat! Here’s my quick recipe for taco filling. I make this almost weekly. My kids love it. It’s easy, delicious and satisfying.

taco meat, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream on a tortilla
You know you’ve got a winner when only the baby throws the food.

Dinner time

I’m all about fast and easy meals for a few reasons.

I don’t care to dwell on cooking. The eating part is way better and I’m more of a dessert person anyway. I also don’t have a lot of patience or stick-to-itivenes. So, I get around those undesirable traits by having several fast recipes on hand.

The MOST important reason I need fast meals is to care for my family. I don’t manage my time well so I regularly don’t set aside enough time to make a dinner that takes longer than 20 minutes.

But it’s important that my kids and husband have a meal and they know that I care about them enough to take care of this basic need.

I’m setting the bar pretty low but I need it low for dinner. I’m busy and disorganized…and short. It isn’t something I can change so I’m gonna blame that too.
